Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the Goods without needing to provide a reason.

The cancellation window ends 7 days after:

  • A third party authorized by You (other than the carrier) receives the Goods on your behalf.

Upon receiving your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used during the original purchase. No transaction fees will be deducted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

Non-Returnable Goods:

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
