We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned items or proof of delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
